Hoyer Lift Training

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

A Hoyer lift is a mobility tool used to help people with disabilities to get out of bed or the bath without the assistance of another person. As a Direct Care Worker, you may work with consumers who use a Hoyer Lift. This training session will introduce you to the Hoyer Lift and demonstrate how to use the device from a hospital bed and a wheelchair. This is an interactive session and attendees will be able to practice with the Hoyer Lift.
