Learning to Listen & Being Person Driven
What we do in the name of helping often unintentionally creates conditions where we are not meeting the most basic needs of the people we support. Being Person Driven is a vehicle for connection and the creation of a helpful relationship, making us more effective at what we do. Part 2: Being Person Driven – Making It Do-Able!
